Introducing the new CTRA class, GFR. The GFR class came about as a result of the re-definition of the GT2 class. The under-used XFR and UFR cars from the GT2 class are now available for Silver and above licenced drivers while the FXR-GT2, FZR-GT2 and XRR-GT2 cars now require a Gold licence to race. This change addresses several issues, including the previous lack of CTRA rewards for Gold-licenced racers since the LRF class was closed. You will be able to find the GFR class on the Race 3 server following an X-System software update expected on September 20th.

HELP

Provides a summary of the different CTRA Key Words and their functions, and also provides single-click access to each of them. If you were to bind only one CTRA command to a key-press or wheel button, we recommend this one.

Clicking on RULES will take you to the rules for the type of server you are currently on. You can also access these rules from the webpage following the rules menu option. You cannot race on the CTRA servers without acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the server's rules.

Circuit Info
Provides in-game information about the current track, including the track's name, code and any layout being used.

Track Status
Shows how long before the next race restart and how long before the next track change is due.

Track Records
All records for the current track are displayed here.

Shows the results for the previous race. This screen is automatically displayed as you clear the finish line at the end of a race. Results are grouped by car class.

Shows the qualifying positions for the next race. Racers joining after the grid has formed will be placed at the rear of the pack.

The significant importance of grid qualifying in CTRA servers is that it is not based on your last race, but is instead based on your fastest lap since entering joining with the particular car. All racers' fastest laps are held by the CTRA-X system, and grid position is determined firstly by car class (GTR, GT2, TBO etc) and secondly by your fastest lap. We call this Concurrent Qualifying, but only because we haven't come up with a good name for it yet.

Using this option in-game, you can see the server activity over all CTRA servers, including the number of racers, the track being used and the layout currently selected.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE YOUR LFS PASSWORD HERE.

In order to access the CTRA Web-based elements of MYCTRA you need to have stored a password in the password field while connected to a CTRA server. Once first set in the CTRA server, you can change your password at will in the web interface. It is essential, to maintain licence security, that access to your MYCTRA is tied directly to your licence username.

Admin Message
If a CTRA admin has sent you a message, you can read and agree to it on this screen.

Personal Details
Here, you can store your personal details, including your first and last name (required for the top racers' lists), your country - either your country of residence or your home country, you decide - and your email address. Your email address is essential if you wish to receive report advisories. CTRA will not share your email address with anyone, nor use it to communicate with you unless you specifically request it.

CTRA Licence Status
Provides a summary of all your current licence grades and progress to the next levels.

Admin Message
If a CTRA admin has sent you a message, you can read and agree to it on this screen.

Licence Notes
You can read the notes stored on your CTRA licence here. If there are no notes on your licence, this is invariably a good thing. Notes are not negotiable and are only visible to you and CTRA admins.

This screen displays your personal CTRA statistics., including:-

Race Stats
The number of races you have entered, the number of races finished and your retirement ratio. It also shows your wins and podiums (finishes in 2nd or 3rd)

Raw Pace
Lap records and current fastest laps

Cleanliness Stats
The number of laps you've completed, the number of yellow flags you've caused and the ratio between them as a percentage. Anything below a ratio of 20% is generally considered to be a good ratio.

Shows which admins are currently online on the CTRA system. You can also send a message to all admins here, if their presence is required on the server you are using.

On the report screen, you can check the status of any open report that relates to you, whether filed by you or against you. You can also store reports for consideration. Using the Email Link option, you can request a link to a replay from a previous race (provided you have first stored your email address in the CTRA system).

Before submitting a report, we strongly recommend reviewing the replay of the incident first, to determine whether or not the incident is worth reporting to the CTRA admins.

Raising a New Report:-
Reportee: This is you. It is automatically selected and cannot be changed
Driver: This is the driver you are reporting. If the driver is still present on the server, you can select their name from those listed. If not, select "other" and enter their name. It's preferable that you use their LFSW name (and if you've reviewed the replay, this should be easy) but if not, enter the name as you best remember it. The CTRA admins will correct any errors.
File: Use this button to select the replay containing the offense. You can only select races that have finished, but this should be sufficient because by the time you have reviewed the incident replay, the current race is likely to have completed.
Download Replay: If you have stored your email address in the CTRA system, an email can be sent to you with a link to download the replay selected in your report.
Date: Automatically stored by the system
Status: Raising a report creates an unsubmitted report. You can store as many unsubmitted reports as you wish, allowing you as much time as you need to consider whether or not to submit your reports to the CTRA admin. Once submitted, your report's status will initially change to "pending". Once submitted, you can no longer delete your report. You can follow the progress of your report through the CTRA Admin system from this page.
Lap: Immensely helpful to CTRA admins, if you can remember the lap that an incident occurred on, please enter it here.
Description: Please enter a description of the incident, summarising your reason for submitting the report. Again, this will help the CTRA admins to expedite your report and take any action necessary.
CANCEL / OK: If there is only a CANCEL button and no OK button, then an aspect of your report is missing. Please check that you have completed all details. Remember that clicking OK will only store your report. You will then be able to submit it later, or delete it as appropriate.

Please note that you must log in to MyCTRA in order to submit your reports

A Reporting Guide in PDF format is available for download here.
